Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love the gift you've received. If, for any reason, you would liketo exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection orrefund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps: - Contact our customer service department. - Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative.
- Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:
Planet Hilton Head (your Gift Return number) 149 Lighthouse Road, Hilton Head, SC 29928 - For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Planet Hilton Head will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
