Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love the gift you've received. If, for any reason, you would liketo exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection orrefund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps: - Contact our customer service department. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Planet Hilton Head will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
